Slot Machines PDF Print E-mail

Slot machines have been in Deadwood almost since its beginning. Built in square wooden cabinets and sporting colorful hand-painted wheels, these turn-of-the-century gaming machines looked more like carnival games. These gambling contraptions were a big part of Deadwood gaming until the 1940s, when federal agents raided the town and burned them in a public square.

The slots are still roarin' hot in Deadwood, but the technology – and the payouts – are much improved. The Silverado-Franklin, with Deadwood's largest gaming floor, gives you more than 360 different slot games to choose from. Be sure to use your Silverado-Franklin Players Club Card to earn valuable rewards. For more information, visit one of our Players Centers.
